Our Green Peppercorns have been carefully selected to meet our high standards. These stunning peppercorns come from the same plant as black/white peppercorns (Piper Nigrum). They are picked earlier and are the unripened berries. They are much milder than black or white peppercorns and have a fresh vegetal and less peppery flavour.
